BLUE LINE was started from a desire to provide great food at a reasonable price.

Founded by Chef Michael, after retiring from a lengthy law enforcement career, serving both in the USA and overseas, Chef Michael wanted to continue a legacy of service.

Continuing that call to service, he now shares his passion for traditional Southern cuisine with others.

Prior to a degree in culinary, Chef Michael had been Southern classically trained...that is, he was raised in the kitchen by his Grandmother Lorene, in Decatur, Alabama, who is the person who inspired his passion for cooking and service.
Chef Michael has kept his family, friends and customers fed and happy for the past 30 years.
